I'm sure I saw this earlier. My team mate went to melee an enemy who was taking cover on the other side of a low barrier. The animation appeared that he pulled the guy over the barrier onto the floor, and then stabbed him through the chest with his tech sword thing.

It looked absolutely amazing and I've never seen anything like it. The guy had no mic on so couldn't tell me what happened. Has anyone seen this or know if it can be done? I know what I saw!

You have to be in cover with the enemy right up next to your cover on the other side. You then hit the melee button and insta-kill (almost) anything on the other side. It's difficult to pull off, since most enemies back off. But Infiltrators can have a lot of fun with it.

That is amazing, I'll have to try it. Does it work differently with different classes? My Asari Adept obviously doesn't using a tech sword so I presume hers will be different, if at all possible. I saw a human doing it and my jaw hit the floor, definitely wish there was more awesome stuff like that in the game.

I've been playing the demo since early release thanks to BF3 and I can honestly say I've never seen it until now in all the hours I've been on. It's a shame there aren't other ways to initiate it as there can't be many of those low barriers to effectively use it.

Well depends on the class, but sometimes also on the race... for example krogan just pulls him over and smashes his head with his bare hand...
Also have you ever seen an asari execute a regular heavy melee... its a huge biotic explosion

Don't forget the Vanguard and Adept's Biotic Falcon PAWNCH. Not as awesome as causing an aneurism with your bare fist, but still...

Yeah my Asari either does a gentle tap with the butt of my pistol, or does the huge power meltdown. I haven't seen what her execution is but I'd love it to be something like causing a huge force explosion in their chest, blowing them to smithereens.

You also get points bonus for executing 1/3/5 of those in one match.

Always try to get a couple Grab Kills, extra points are always nice.

Asari adept smashes the guy's head with a biotic punch, while the krogan smashes it with pure force. You could try it out, you get like 500xp for each grab.

There are plenty of low barriers, most people just never think to actually do it.  They'd rather stand five feet away trying to headshots than take a few steps and get a melee instakill.

Asari relatively need to grab though for the extra points use Stasis Bubble during one on one combat and go for it then... just a little tip to get you 500-2500 more points a ...
