Like the title states. I used Gibbed to mod a few things, and it worked great, so, on a 2nd playthrough I decided to mod a few more things. I coulnd't list everything if I wanted.
Everything loaded fine, I did 3 missions, saved. Loaded it up today and the latest entry was the save from Gibbed. Lost all progress, so I loaded saves from before and after modding, the autosave, etc. and although it looks and acts like it's saving the game it doesn't create a new entry and I can't even overwrite an old one. To add insult to injury I accidentally deleted my entire ME1 save folder...
Any ideas?

It's WORKING! Thanks brother...I was pretty discouraged. I'm still slightly peeved that I have to re-do Miranda's loyalty mission, and the 2 recruits on Illium, but, it saved all the side missions.
Oddly enough I didn't see what you did. The file sizes were consistent.
