Silly question.
The 'Official Game Guide' say's that when your heath bar goes to 0, you die. Okay, got that concept.
The Unstoppable Achievement say's "you & party don't get knocked unconscious the 1st year."
Sooooo is that 'never become dead' or 'never becommed stunned?'

I think "die" and "unconscious" is the same thing as in "needing injury kit after the fight". It would be quite an achievement to never be "stunned"!

It took me awhile to get this achievement, but you and your party cannot have your health brought to zero throughout year one. At all.

It doesn't have to be year one. It can be any year (act).

Took me my second Hawke to get this one :/; you get it when you get to the Deep Roads I'm pretty sure.

You need to get out of the Deep Roads to get it.

Yep all the way from meeting Varric to returning home form the deep roads w/o anyone going to 0 health.

Basically, don't let anyone in the party fall in combat. Not you. Not your companions. If they do, simply reload your last save and try again.
I think it's best to get this achievement in Act I. You can get it in Acts II and III but it tends to be less of a hassle in Act I. Assuming you do everything right, you should unlock the achievement by the time you return to Kirkwall from the Deep Roads.

They need an achievement for finishing the game - including all DLC w/o anyone falling in combat. Preferably with an unlockable that improves with level up for yout next go at it.

I got it after beating Year 1. I hear Year 3 is the best to try for it because it's so short though, just drop the difficulty down to the lowest. Doesn't matter which setting it is.
