I know she's a bit character and doesn't really have a role in the game, but for some reason i enjoy just popping into the medbay to bug her. So does anyone know if she's in the third game?
Does anyone know if Dr. Chakwas is gonna be in ME3?

I don't know but I'm going to guess she will. There was really no reason for her to pop up in the second game (they could easily have made it a random doctor) so I think Bioware will continue that trend.

In the leaked script, you can bring her or another doctor aboard the ship. But I don't know how accurate that is..

Yes if she lived through ME2 she's on the Normandy again in ME3

There's an avatar you can use here with Dr Chakwas. She has ME3 style hair, so it is safe to assume she will.
