Hello,
In following the instructions that states to type in the code on the outside of the box for the game that is the UPC code, the only code I can see is the numbers below the bar code and those show as invalid when I enter them. There is a "Proof of purchase" code on the back of the manual, but when that is entered, it shows invalid. Any help would be appreciated.

it is the bar code, so don't know why it's not working for you, maybe you miss typed it

When you enter the numbers under the bar code, make sure you enter the two "zeros" on either end of the number sequence. Including the two zeros, you should have a code consisting of twelve digits. it should read like - 0xxxxxxxxxx0.

im trying what was said and i am having issue my upc is for the CE and it is the 12 digits but it always says invalid and it starts with a 0 but ends with a 3 and i have even swapped the 3 with a 0 and still get invalid and added extra 0s and invalid
