The thing is I'd like to play as Asari Vanguard, but with different powers as current one has. Drell Vanguard has better powers (just my opinion).

So, what would be awesome is if Bioware would make all human characters avaiable at the start. (Two for each class) And then they would put just aliens with different builds to unlock.

For example:

Soldier:        - 2x Krogan with different builds/powers
                      - 2x Turian  ...
               
Vanguard:   - 2x Asari with different builds
                      - 2x Drell  ....

And so on ...

We need a krogan vanguard before we need a turian infiltrator. Krogan Battlemasters are an important part of their lore.

But personally, I want an asari sentinel. Asari have been a space-faring species longer than any other, and can live to be 1,000 years old. There HAS to be a number of asari who are proficient with tech.

Important part of their lore is that they are rare.  So adding thousands of them into the universe and how they all joined special forces makes sense?

To add to the OP, I believe in the retail version of the game when you get a character to 20 you can import them to the single player as a war assest and they start over at level 1.

Garrus feels more like a hybrid of soldier and infiltrator.  Soldier with a sniper rifle or an infiltrator with an assault rifle.

Each alien should be able to fill more then 2 classes...I mean look at human, they get all 6, other combinations that would make sense should be allowed. [make's sense good example, Drell Infiltrator (Thane) make's sense bad example, Salarian Vanguard]

True.  I also agree with what Avexon said. 

But Krogan vanguard just doesn't make sense to me krogan battlemasters are already rare, and krogans don't seem agile enough to really pull off biotic charge,  the wikia page for them says they weight roughly one ton in armor.  I doubt the humans fully clad in armor weigh even close to that.

It just seems to me that people want to play the unique characters in the multiplayer, seeing 4 garrus or 4 wrex in the same game would make them less unique.

A dev hinted at the possibility of new class/race combos. But if they added one race to one class they will have to do it with all of the classes.

Most of us were looking forward to multiplayer because of ability to play as alien races and now there are two human choices for each class and only one alien.

That's not a very solid arguement.  The two human "choices" have the same abilties and same combat capabilities its just a cosmetic difference.  It makes sense theres no female krogans, and that theres no male (lolunisexual) asari.  I don't know if they have actually described what a female salarian looks like, for all we know it could be like a broodmother in dragon age: origins.  Don't know about female drells, they sounded kind of rare due to them almost going extint and the hanar saving them.

I didn't know they have same powers. Wasn't paying attention. And I'm not talking about male/female characterfor each race. I don't care about that, I only care about more builds.
