 We need to really boycott M3 , I love the universe that was created , it makes me sad that they are toying with us and exploiting us. Can't we pass some digital rights bill preventing a game from being released without full content (unless a beta). Standard and Collectors editions should have the same game inside but collectors should come with a figure or art book! Not a different game! It makes standard editions useless and forces us to spend more money (more then some of us can spend) on a unfinished product which will never be finished unless we pay more money!Halo 2 and 3 had the best DLC management system I've seen to date. You could either pay the 10 bucks get the new maps early and pay to your hearts content or you could wait an extra 3 months and get the DLC for free! I sucked waiting but it didn't hurt the wallet. It was a great system TONS of people bought it right away!I am ashamed as a gamer to have watched EA grow as a company into a monster in the industry. Instead of wanting you to enjoy their products and have fun playing a fully finished and complete title, they nickle and dime you until you have nothing left then do it all over again.EA you disgust me, your unethical treatment of kind hearted people who want to be told a good story has gone to far........and I'm not even going to start on the data mining......just pathetic

I'm pretty sure games are going to become much like that train game where you have to buy all of the trains with your real money. I really miss the days when DLC came out AFTER the game was released.

Does this really belong on the multiplayer discussion forums? Learn to form paragraphs, walls of text are annoying to read, most people will read the first sentence and skip the rest. You aren't using ellipsis right.

They did the same thing with Zaeed to insure that if people wanted the "complete" game experience they would buy new not used. Now you probably can't buy the game used, period, since the CD-keys will already be register to some one else's origin account (for xbox and PC users at least).

They also ran out of collector editions rather fast, so this is probably a way for people that didn't get a chance to order it to get some of the missed content. Collector editions always have special content whether in game or out. It's up to the developing company to deem what should and shouldn't be in it not you.
