. How do I unlock new costumisation opitons for the infiltrator, I already unlocked most of the costumisation options for all the other classes but I don't seem to get any for the Infiltrator 

Note: The infiltrator is also my most played class

You need to get those experience packs for them from the recruit or veteran packs. When you "unlock" a new race/class combo past the first one it opens up new customization options. So pretty much you haven't had luck in getting it for the race/class you use most.
