PVP in this game would RUIN IT. pvp will never be in mass effect 3 and i happy about that.
if i want pvp action i play BATTLEFEILD 3. (best shooter out there atm)

Hey, if we can't duel then can we play coop as Collectors? I want to invade earth and slaughter as many humans as possible! I want to invade the Quarian migrant fleet and blast it into oblivion! Its quite apparent that the game isn't balanced for PVP. Its co-op against the AI.

Hehehe, the Geth heretics will have their revenge!

Seriously though, this could be a great way to continue the Spec Ops gameplay - and a convenient way to introduce new races like Batarians and Prothe-I mean Collectors as new characters. They could even sell it as DLC (though I'd prefer if it was free).

The closest i could ever see would be something like in Left 4 Dead 2, where one team controls the main party, the other controls the badguys, respawning as they die. Then they switch, and whoever makes it farther wins the match. Getting smacked around with CC wouldnt be that bad then, as you'd respawn and when its time to switch, you'd get your turn.

Slapping a Singularity or Pull on a real person, only to have them float ten feet into the air before you hit them with Throw and knock them out of the environment wouldn't work in PvP. Cryo Blast wouldn't work against real people. Adrenaline Rush would be useless. Biotic Charge would never hit.

90% of powers wouldn't work in their current state in pvp or would be nerfed to the point where they'd be worthless.

@ OP

If they wanted to put it in game they would have announce it by now and I distinclty remember in on posting that there will be no PvP in ME 3, so for you to say that With out PvP Me 3 will be boring is naive and immature.
