Hi All,
So...if you ordered 2 Earth Alliance lithographs...the odds are pretty good that you got your shipment and thought to yourself - Why did they only send me 1?
It's because we DID only send you one. Someone in the warehouse misread some numbers, or got distracted, or thinks it is a fun time to make me completely insane. (mission=accomplished.) No matter what happened - we know about it. We already have all customers who were affected being sent their 2nd lithograph, and no one will be missing out on the items they purchased.
Not everyone who ordered 2 lithos was mis-shipped, so please be patient when receiving your items, as they were ALL shipped in separate tubes, and one may arrive a day or two before the other.
Thank you all for your patience, and hit me with any questions that you may have.

Hey Ms Domino, I was forced to pay for 2 DAY shipping since I ordered another in stock litho (the Team) and a discounted N7 hoodie. My order is still pending fulfillment after a week and other people have received their lithos already. Can you tell me what the holdup on my order is?

Wasn't particularly impressed with that tube packaging. When I picked it up, the plastic caps had been crushed into the tube itself, leaving the litho exposed to any mischief by Mr Murphy, or anyone interested in messing around with the contents. I got lucky and received it on one of our rare rain-free days in Washington. I guess Mr Murphy was out pestering someone else this time 
Fortunately, it doesn't appear to have been damaged. Unfortunately, I have nothing to store it in until it can be framed, because there's no safe way to re-roll it small enough to get it back into that tube without damage.
Just when we start to think we can trust the warehouse to take proper care of the lithos, we get reminded that we can't. I hope everyone else's packaging fares better.

Well, since the second ones are being shipped in another tube, at least I (and probably many others) don't feel completely ripped off for having to pay twice for S&H. If two lithographs are being shipped in the same packaging, I'm wondering if there's any way for combined S&H? Unless that's already been done.

I ordered two and only got one; and the one litho that I did receive arrived badly damaged.

So, I received my first lithograph about a week ago and have yet to receive shipping confirmation, or anything for that matter, regarding my second lithograph. Just curious, but are there any more being sent out or should I open a ticket?
