 In ME3, you can import saves that are continued AFTER the suicide mission, right? Or only the save that is created when you beat the suicide mission?

If you can import post-SM saves, does it include flag information for things done after the SM, or will it record only up to?

For instance, if I did LotSB post-SM, and imported that save, would the save still reflect that or would I have to go back and do LotSB before I launch the SM?

yes you can

anything you do post suicide mission also gets flagged
