Make the From Ashes DLC Free

The only problem with making "From Ashes" free is that Bioware would owe the thousands of people who bought the N7 edition $10.

Whether or not there is a DLC team is beyond the point. The character is IN THE GAME from day 1. You just cannot access him fully at all (even though he is in the game from day 1) unless you pay $10 on top of the over priced $60 as it is. SO you are paying $60 for a game with half a feature in it and then $10 to UNLOCK, and I do say unlock not DOWNLOAD but unlock from the disk, said feature

Oh so we are not even talking about how they do DLC anymore it's only about the price of it ?... Buhuhu little peasant cry and give me all your money.

By the way it's not in the game. The DLC is 600Mo+.

I paid for it. You didn't. Deal with it.

You paid for DLC for a game that isn't even out yet do you see where that makes no sense.

Maybe I am a bigger fan than you are ? ^_^

Maybe I love putting a lot of money into stupid pixel like Flaming Helmet in Halo Reach.
Maybe I HAVE the money to do that too.

"Free" is a word that does not compute in EA corporate environment.

Yeah while your at it go to a pizza store and demand an entire pie for free because they only gave you the two slices you paid for.

If you don't like it don't buy it, simple. I can understand why people would get upset that this isn't included in the the full game but Bioware/EA can do what they want it's their business.

What I don't get is why people are suddenly surprised about this, it has already been mentioned months ago that the CE will get an exclusive character and mission so that obviously meant the standard edition buyers would have to pay extra for it.

Also I agree that if this DLC is made free (which I highly doubt) I want a full refund on my N7 edition.

It still doesn't make it right or ethical

How bout NO, I am sorry if you didn't get the CE ordered in time and now you are mad because you have to pay for the DLC that is coming free will the CE addition. The $20 more for some extra goodies that will most likely be available later on down the road for download. Go cry somewhere else or suck it up and be happy your can have access to the CE DLC for only $10 more.

No thanks I probably wouldn't have Legion if he was DLC. Plus he doesn't have to be made into DLC to be able to recruit him earlier. The devs simply chose to do that.

That's the point. Legion has dialogue and materials left over from earlier builds. So does the Prothean. The distinction between "cut because of a design or technical change" and "cut because they're greedy bleeps who wanted to steal $10" is petty and arbitrary.

At what point in time was Legion heavily relevant to the main plot? Please give me the lines (because the old script is still in the ME2 game). I'd like to read it.

Yeah they're still charging for a character they designed to be a part of the main game and then modified. Sorry if that's too petty for you. I'd suggest you ignore it because I'm not going to stop complaining. Pointless or not.

More than that. I would not have bought N7 Edition if the character/mission was not in there.
