Wow never knew there was alternate outfits/new missions. Now, my Squadmates with have 3 different outfits. Very happy. Thanks BW.
The dlc has a good amount of content. I can't wait to see all the alt. outffits.
That's true. Hopefully they have some unique designs.

I can't think of another video game I've played that's given me the type of enjoyment that Dragon Age: Origins and the Mass Effect Series have given me. Not even The Witcher or Witcher 2. Taking that into account, I'm probably willing to pay 10 bucks more for the complete experience.
The saturation of promotional items and stuff like that is still always annoying though.

Yeah, I'm not a “dude”. It doesn't matter that you got the pre-order in July, the signature was made yesterday because of this very thread. It's incendiary and you know it. You wouldn't have the DGAF on it if it were otherwise. People calling you biodrone to get a rise out of you is wrong, but don't pretend you're any better by doing childish in-your-face tactics such as that banner.
Word. REAL members of the DGAF group don't need a banner to show how many Fs they're not giving

ME2 ended up costing me more than 100$ and it was worth every penny, so yes thank you BW for making quality games.

a game is complete when its burn and send to x quantity of game retailers, but that doesnt mean that game itself could have been made complete just because it has already *gone gold* do you understand that ? also understand that developers they never gonna tell you the real truth behind their own words and what they do about the game they develop. its a pretty nasty enviroment.
Developers lie? Unlike consumers who are trying to get content they haven't paid for?
what content we havent paid for ? who says we havent paid for that already ? oh rigth the developers....the ones that gives us sweeties with lies and we take them easy without even questioning, like the tale of the dont trust strangers.
Well the producers of ME3 promised me additional content for buying a CE, so they haven't lied to me at all. It sounds like you're lying to yourself if you think the prothy was intended to be free for SE consumer. But hey that's not my problem.
im not disregarding the content for CE they never mentioned what was going to be though aka they didnt told you precisly that it was going to THE prothean just some bonus mission + character.

DGAF= Don't give a freak (ya I know but I didn't want to use the actual word). If you read the group's description and actually read the topics in there it is hardly offensive. It is a group made for those peeps who in general just love Mass Effect. The group just doesn't care about the situation since the group will be just enjoying the game in general. I don't see anything offensive about that? You implying that is offensive is your own opinion and choice just like if you support buying a CE or SE or buying the dlc or not. Your choice.KBomb wrote...

And that is different from any other game in which way? ME2 was $130 with the CE and all DLC.

So i preordered the regular me3, what do i get? Shouldnt i, the consumer who paid $60 for a full game, get the full experience? Sure, people who buy the ce should get extra stuff, but isnt that mostly like artbooks etc? I have no issue with them getting ingame stuff, but why shouldnt we get it for free aswell? considering bioware has been working on this for a long time now, it should be in the game.
So my question is, why should i pay $10 more for something that should already be in it?

Actually, the game costs $60. Anything else you buy is your own choice. I spent $60 on ME2 and found it to be a great game. I don't feel like I missed out at all.
If you don't like paying for DLC (like me), then don't support it. It will either go away or not........I'm going to side with 'not'

I'm paying €90 for my CE alone; that's about $120 according to the currency calculator, so...

That's your personal opinion that additional content should be in it though. This stuff is DLC and offered separately because it really doesn't impact the experience in a meaningful way regarding the game itself.
I'm not saying it's right that they offer things like this in CEs and/or on Day 1, but that's the concept.
To answer your question, you do get the full ME3 experience, but without the additional content that you didn't get for pre-ordering the game.

most likely it will be like the collector armor and be released afterwards in a armor pack which i'm okay with since they are basically cosmetic items.

Because it was planned as an incentive to purchase the CE from the get go and that is the way it was advertised. Now, they are allowing everyone to purchase a portion of the content that was made for the CE. Nobody likes this.
