You are dodging the subject, because what I think right now, is that CE buyers are actually getting the DLC at no cost at all. That would mean that all your big talk about getting what you paid for and not giving anything free to SE buyers is complete garbage. 

So I'm paying 80$ but I'm still getting the DLC for free? that sounds like a lie. . . You don't get to choose which items I paid for in my CE. I never got that choice. I would have preferred to have paid 70$ dollars for the DLC weapons and prothy, but I don't have that choice. BW/EA promised me all the items for the CE I never told them, "Oh I want an N7 patch!" They promised me an additional mission and character. It isn't free. I'm paying for it.

collectibles such as the one presented on the CE can go up to 20$ or more in other games so really we don't really know and this is the closest we got to an actual answer, try asking for a more definite statement. maybe he'll confirm it or change his tune.

Reason why they want to use this day 1 dlc crap, is so they can bump up the total price to near enough the same price as the CE edition.

Wording or no, people who buy the CE are laying out more cash than someone who buys the regular edition, so what's the money for? The extra's - duh. This isn't rocket science.

what if thats a protheans version of a partical beam? and what if there husk versions ( collectors) just changed the look of it?
