I think you need to chill. How many times have you said a game is crap? Maybe not a Bioware game, but I'm sure you have said something like that about a game at least once in your life right? 

People say it all the time XXX is crap YYY is crap.

Now some guy has captured that in an evocative image and your mad ? 

Because I don't call games crap. I might not like them, but I find the areas where they do shine despite their flaws. Frankly, there's a lot of work in the development that I could never match, so I give the devs the benefit of the doubt and hope they were trying to make something fun, at least for someone.

Verbally expressing your anger by calling something crap is VERY different from posting a photo with a guy over a pile of feces while holding his genitals up so it might no be seen in the photo.

even though i don't approve of the image, i would argue that it's not very different when calling something crap and representing it in picture, saying something without the understanding of its literal meaning is a sign of ignorance hence why it's important to clearly word out one's argument, however our culture is desensitized to most of these things and as such it's deemed not as important as it should if nothing else to respect the people who aren't desensitized to such things.

Oh I have, but I take a minute to be open minded about it and think about how things really arent that bad compared to other things happening in the world, and I feel better because of it.

Still. 10 dollar DLC? thats less than...3 single issue comics. Thats like 2 lunch breaks. Thats two 5 dollar foot longs.

This thread is full of the intricacies of this whole bioware debacle, but we have gotten to the point where we are posting pictures of crap on a videogame case...and people are actually justifiying it. If that doesnt say which side of the argument is crazier than the other, than I dont know what does.

"Angry at something in life" and "angry at a video game company are two completely different things.

People get angry from having two things get stuck in a row in a vending machine, or if they stub their toe when the pain'll reside in seconds.  Anger's an emotion that doesn't always apply to the same thing.

*Looks at pages back* Yeah....Not safe for the boards and against the rules.  I'd say it's 'What the hell?' if it didn't shock me so much that someone went through the trouble to get an early copy just to do that.  Kind of a case of 'You might want to get help.' or '....Yeah.  That's some dedicated anger.'

even though 3rd world and 1st world problems aren't comparable by any means, the problem still exists and ignoring first world problems is just as wrong. many people bring this 1st/3rd world arguement as their "end case" statement, though all this arguement does is try to incite the sentiment of guilt on the opposing party in the hopes they can sweep the 1st world problem under the rug forgetting about the 3rd world problems right afterwards the discussion and all that is achieved is a delay until the 1st world problem becomes bigger.
