Complaining about systems that were dated and needed to be fixed thats  entitlement.   Feeling that  Bioware should not borden the fans base ... thats entitlement.  Feeling that   Bioware trying to broaden their base  and is "dumbing" down the game to get the "COD  fanboyz"  thats entitlement. 

Offering a  paid  DLC  to those where not able to get CE for what ever reason is  slap in the face to some  and outrageous  to others.  Especailly when  anyone with  amount sense can see that is already on the disc  when the came is sold... is reason to be upset.

You seem like a reasonable  fellow  but we're not going to see eye to eye on this but come march 6th when  we download "From the Ashes"  lets see how the big that file is.. proof will be there.

I'm get it because I'm  finish this series but this may very well be my last Bioware game... I'm think long and hard about it  when they release  games  in future.

Come'on Bioware, don't make us believe for 2 whole games that they actually have awesome tentacle beards and then change them at the last minute! THAT'S NOT FAIR! Protheans, man I thought you were cool. So it turns out your just Collector look-a-likes but more boring versions, great!

The reason for this is explained in the art book. They did not know how they wanted the protheans to look at the start of ME - so they made a sort of vague set of creatures. As they moved into ME2, etc they began to flesh out the protheans look and arrived at what we have for ME3.

The people complaining about how this is unethical, criminal, etc are rediculous. I dare any of you who keep spouting how this is a terrible unethical business practice to actually even attempt to pursue any sort of legal recourse for unethical behavior and see how long it takes for someone to laugh in your face.

You obviously don´t care about the ME Story. And that´s totally okay with me.
What makes me really sad though is that it seems Bioware also doesn´t care about their story if they introduce a prothean that has no impact on this world whatsoever. The Hanar alone, who worship the protheans as gods, would be totally mind blown if there was actually a living prothean. It doesn´t matter if he has the perfect reaper killing weapon or if he is a totally unimportant douchebag.
He would still be extremely important to this universe.

He doesn't lend anything to the main narrative though, so he doesn't affect ME directly.  It's like the expanded universe.  Most people who watched Star Wars know about any of the expanded lore.  This is the same thing.  It's an expansion.

So, I wonder if I should be pissed at Toyota.  I just bought my new van and the package I got only had front wheel drive.  The all wheel drive option was on a more expensive trim package.  Shouldn't this very important feature be included in the base package!!!???

Gosh darn it!!  I am calling Toyota to complain it should be free for everyone!  And, I am not going to buy another car until that happens!

They arent because the hanar could worship anything and it wouldnt change the plot of the series, the Hanar will be forced to fight anyway the Reapers are here, if you need the Prothean to convince them to fight when giant robot dreadnaughts are destroying their world then they probably wont be much help anyway,

No one said the Protheans aren't important, just that this specific Prothean isn't a huge deal outside of that he's a Prothean.  Plus, how does the rest of the galaxy know that he is what he is?  Hasn't it been mentioned that very little was known about the race itself?

So keep the name-calling off the keyboard and screen.

But who the Hanar worship doesnt change the plot of ME 3, just because the Prothean COULD do something doesnt mean he does and doesnt make him important to the plot of the game. Universe Lore Importance and Game Plot importance are not the same thing

This doesn't bother me, course I'm on the long list of people who pre ordered the Collector's Edition, so yeah. But the more I hear about the PRothean the more interested I am.

I would've been one of those who would've bought the DLC down the line because of the fact.

they could if they wanted to, but no one would pay for that because Gravy does not have a value of near that much in relation to what it is. There is nothing ethicaly or legaly stopping them from doing so
