Collectors are Protheans, they were just indoctrinated and messed with, so it'd make sense why Prothy's head isn't all that big. As for the statue on Ilos, I've always thought it looked more like a husk than a Prothean, and even when I first played ME1, I never thought it was a Prothean. That's just my opinion, though.

The descriptions of Protheans from before has always been meant to be purposefully misleading for when they actually got a full design ready.

Well to be honest more of my conversations have been multiple paragraphs long each time with some exceptions. The 'gif' was a joke reply to your joke response towards someone else.

I think part of it (for me at least) might have to do with the fact that that video has been posted so many times now. I've heard TB's opinions before, and I know I'd like to hear -your- own opinions myself. It's ust kind of hard to know how an individual feels about a subject when they pull outside sources in without really saying what they think about something themselves. That's how I look at it all, personally.

I can understand that, and yeah, would have been nice if they were different looking/different races if you ask me. But, on the same level, I'm kind of glad that Prothy is the way that he is - he's untouched, not at all like his people who were indoctrinated, and there's ust something interesting and fascinating about that for me.

That is one of the reasons, posting links to things already discussed in order to bait people or cause re-ignition of the issue is spam if have nothing to add to it.  A second element is if not willing to express themselves in their own words then it is no diferent to breaking forum rules by using "^This" to every response.

And we're all sort of *looks around, knocks on wood* calming down now. I'd really hate for us all to get tied in knots again. Would be nice if we could discuss the content of the DLC while we're all here. I know not everyone will agree with me, but that's okay if they don't.

Everyone 'seems' to speak to me even if I never spoke to them directly as you did when I first entered this thread. Sometimes because they dislike me or my views, sometimes because they agree with me or like me.

I purchased the Collector's Edition before I even knew which premium DLC would be included with it, so none of this angst is really relevant to me. I just knew that I wanted all of the other extras that we did know about at the time.

But, I'd still pay the ten dollars for the extra DLC, even if I didn't have the CE. Because if I can afford $60/$80 on a luxury item to begin with, what is ten dollars to me? I want more DLC in the future, I'll support my favorite science fiction franchise in whatever way I can. I know that I'm a ****, and I've made peace with that.

If people are going to take a moral stand, why not take it all the way and use the money saved from your your game/DLC boycott for a small donation to the Red Cross or charity of your choosing? Turn your anger into something constructive.
