I'm a customer who bought the Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe edition since i am a huge fan of the franchise.
I played the dlc and personally, i believe the prothean is a serious part of the normandy crew and has some story-relevant informations i don't want to miss. To deny your loyal customers who bought the game such an important part of the game is a huge mess.

They were so busy with the lies about this DLC that they forgot to make a proper character importer. Not surprised at all - you have to remember that it's EA we are talking about here.

Was a giant lie. The content is on the game disk and can be accessed by simply modifying a config file. WTH Bioware. Seriously. What happened to you guys? SMH.

The fact they actually have taken stuff out of the game and released it as DLC pretty much tells a lot about EA and Bioware. They were lazy to hide what they did, and well now they have some serious explanation to do.
