I paid for some credits to get the DLC for my PC and now I am £6.19 down and it tells me I need to get more credits saying I have 0, and when I try to connect to EA support it tells me unable to connect...
How long has this scam been going on for?

This is not EA, and Bioware is here so seldom, you can forget about them. We are game players here in a self-help forum, dealing with GAME tech problems. You have a POINTS problem, entirely separate from any game, and beyond any assistance a gamer can offer.
