They are fun enemies. Their hand blast is ridiculous on gold tho, they are 5x better than a Nemesis at long range.

I've learned to love phantoms with my GI. Know where they are, cloaked or not, with Hunter Mode, oneshot them with Claymore.

I still think they need a handcannon nerf and the rest of the cerbies should get a general buff of some sort, but otherwise, the party doesn't start until wave 4 on Gold. Wave 3, where I can have a blast tearing down Atlases, is just pregaming. |D

Wait, are all Phantoms female? I thought they could be either gender! Just that they wear skintight suits, making them seem more... feminine? Kinda like how a guy would look like in a leotard.

Poor poor phantoms. I had so many lagging problems today on my gold matches that when they tried to stab me I would telaport 20 feet a way. Then they'd flip over to me to aerate my chest when the game would glitch and I would skip 20 feet away again. I led them on a merry unintentional dance. The game wouldn't even let me use my powers for a few seconds there and just dangled me in front of them only to snatch me away right when you heard the blade start to slide home.
I do love them and hope our little "game" didn't make them too mad.
