I'm buying Mass Effect 3 on the 360 and also the PC. The 360 version will be primarily for my younger sister to play while the PC copy will my focus. Being such, any and all DLC bonuses acquired or purchased will be through Bioware/Origin and not Xbox Live.
I'm wondering if I register both ME3 copies to my account, would all DLC that also gets registered be linked to both copies so I only have to purchase DLC once to be used for both ME3's or would I have to buy the 360 DLC separately?
Pre-empting a future issue

No you can't have the DLC story stuff like the Day 1 DLC for ME3 for the PC unlocked for the 360 when you buy it for the PC. Why? Because the 360 uses Microsoft Points and the DLC for the 360 is on the 360 Marketplace servers. Therefore two different systems and therefore two different downloads and purchases.
Minor stuff like free item content that is released for games is usually universal. But story stuff is per system per purchase.

It's still possible considering that the entitlements for the DLC are linked to our EA accounts, which my XBL account is linked to. As with ME2, I assume that there'd be an in-game Alliance Network that will provide us access to the DLC. Through this menu, the entitlements provided via EA link and the in-game store would be more than enough to ensure that the DLC is in fact registered to me and up for download.
If I went and tried to access it through the 360 marketplace, I don't doubt that what I'm asking wouldn't work. For example, Xbox Live doesn't register the fact that I have Cerberus Network because I did it in-game through ME2 and not from the Marketplace. The same thing would apply here.
