I want to change the amount of money that the PC has, using the Save Game Edit. I can open the save game no problem but am not finding where to find the field responsible for enumerating the coin that the PC is currently holding.

TIA for any help

SAVEGAME_PARTYLIST --> SAVEGAME_MONEY

decimal value: xxxxyyzz where x is gold, y is silver, and z is copper

so, 1020438 = 102 gold, 4 silvers, 38 coppers

Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/Characters/[your in-game name]/Saves



Under there you'll find subdirectories, one for each save game. Find the savegame you want to modify, and then open the .das file in the toolset.

I am trying to do the same thing. I have Win 7, I need to open the .das file in my last save game, right? How do i find SAVEGAME_PARTYLIST --> SAVEGAME_MONEY? I do not see it. I also get an error not enough memory often. I need step by step instructions, I am new to this. I have negative money in my save game. When I sell something, I loose more money, it bounces from -76 through 93 back to -1.  Thanks!

If you manage to edit the savegame before the error it will suit. You only need to drag the "das" file into the toolset to see "Savegame partylist"

Isn't it easier to just grant yourself the money with the console?

I get an error message "out of memory" when I drag and drop it. Also the editor says it is a demo version. Is there another one? Thanks!
