Yes, but In gold I think that even the best Vanguard on those forums will have his effectiveness greatly diminished, because of the increased health and shields, am I wrong?
Everyone kinda get's diminished no? isn't that the point of Gold? Widow for example doesn't kill with a headshot on gold anymore, even from cloak.

It might not make much of a difference to a Drell, but the faster you can charge, the easier it will be to keep living. Especially against Atlas'.

Why not use cluster frags after charge? They are pretty powerful.
Do they knock enemies down? (Never seen them in action). And I think that Nova does more damage if leveled correctly.

Agreed. I do not see any usefulness to Shockwave at all.
