From the leaked war asset , it looks like some of them might. But really, how big can the impact be? I wouldn't worry about it too much.

They really aren't that bad. If you completely ignore them on the exploration planets and just scan all the unexplorable planets, you'll find most of what you need to complete the quests. Then you just drop onto a couple of planets and try and finish it off.

NP. The trick is that there are actually far more of each item in-game then you really need to complete the quest.

Yup, yup. I think I figured this out a while ago: if you do the planets that you only need to scan, you only have to get something like 5 minerals from planets that you land on...and some of them contain multiple instances of the same type of mineral (and that doesn't include those minerals you just happen to stumble upon on your way to planet-based missions).

The Reapers have won. You should have found all of Matriarch Dilinaga's writings. :D

Yah the Asari, Turian, and Salarian stuff you can find mostly from scanning and exploring the mission planets. The resources part you could probably ignore entirely.

Since the import bonus for resources in ME3 appears to be based on how many you have in ME2, yes.
