GeForce GTX 560M
Driver Version: 295.73
DirectX Support: 11

CUDA Cores: 192
Graphic Clocks: 775MHz
Processor Clocks: 1550Mhz

I have played the Mass Effect 3 Demo and for some reason the game is very 'dark'. I played with the contrast and it didn't help. It is most noticable in the scene where Shepard talks to the kid in the vents, all I can see is the kid or shepard's eyes. The rest of his body and surrounding is a black blob.

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know if you've tried or not, check your gamma / brightness settings? Do not know how advanced you are at troubleshooting, so no disrespect intended.

Aye, you want to up the Gamma setting most likely.

May also want to check the video settings under the NVidia control panel if the in game setting doesn't make it bright enough to see. Tons of stuff there to set.

yeah...I tried that. Didn't work.

But is my graphic card good enough for the game though?

Yeah man it should be fine.
Check your dynamic light settings in the mass effect 3 config in your start menu. Try to mess with a few settings in there.
Also make sure that in your nvidia control panel that it lets the 3d app decide whats best for it.
Lemme know if that helps.

Also, make sure you don't have any settings forced in the nvidia control panel.

Did you change the demo settings in the Binaries folder? I heard a few people saying that once that was all set to max Shep was visible.

Try downloading the latest video drivers for your graphics card from Nvidia's site.

Problem solved. Apparently I installed ME3 as a pre-order and some of the files were not properly installed?

I used repair install on Origin and everything now looks just fine. Thanks for the help though.
