So I pre-ordered my ME3 CE a long time ago on EA.com, but now when I log into Origin, I can't find where it shows the status of my order. Any help would be great.

How do I bloody do that? All I get on origin is a FAQ page. I found my old profile page at ea.com and now there is no order history for my ME3 CE.

Just go to EA.com and click on the button that says TALK TO GAME Advisor, its someone in customer service and they should be able to help you.
