On silver, you're still nearly invulnerable. On gold, you have to be more careful picking targets, but you're still perfectly fine if you pay attention to your surroundings.

Uhm, any class with a decent player and gear behind it can solo silver.

I solo'd Geth Silver on my Turian Sentinel. Also working on Cerberus atm, but when I get that hacking objective

I always get caught out by the 4xhacking objective in wave 10, otherwise its fairly easy.

I tried Solo silver as a Vanguard and a Infiltrator, It was acctualy alot eseyer camping as an infiltrator next to an ammo box while using Widow to headshot alot of geth at the same time
