Ok so recently my Xbox had broken down and the only console I have remaining is a PS3. Now I was wondering if some data is stored on your origin account? I know the save data is contained within the memory, however your character profile is stored on this website. Is that data accessible for transfer between my origins account and my PS3?

Sorry no, all save data is local. If you xbox broke the hard drive itself is still probably fine. You could either get it repaired or buy an arcade unit without a hard drive and put yours in it. If you have the old model of xbox you will need to buy used probably.
