So, earlier this evening I thought "Hey since the Turians get added weapon stability I should equip the Mattock with the Stability dampener V and it'll have absolutely no recoil whatsoever!" This isn't the case. With The level 4 racial ability of the Turians +45% Stability and the Stability Dampener V's +70% stability The mattock actually tracks DOWNWARD!!! Not sure if this was a bug or its intended to be this way but it is extremely irritating while trying to stay on target at mid-long range. Yes this can be countered with the Assault rifle scope but its still an issue.
