ive unlocked two items from dragonagejourneys, the belt and the amulet, but the only one that showed up as being able to download was the belt, anyway to fix this?

I have the same problem - unlocked Amulet of War Mages is not showing and I can´t download it.

Same problem here. Got all 3 unlocked but Amulet of the War Mages isn't showing up. Other two items downloaded fine.

Same with me, I have the Belt and the Amulet unlocked. The belt is in my DLC but the Amulet is not. I also have the Unrecognized item showing up in PC slot in registered game promotions area.
Now before I'm told that I might not have my account correclty linked I don't think thats possible if I did get 1 of the items.

Same here. I am on PC version and the Amulet has not appeared in DAO. I also have the unrecognized item in the game promotion section of my profile.

Anyone find an answer to this? I've gotten everything accept that mage amulet. Which is annoying, especially because I figured I'd get the most use out of that for a companion. (PS3 Version, U.S.A.)

I'm going to bump this. I sent an e-mail about the issue and they referred me back to this forum to bring up the issue of the Amulet from Journeys not appearing on my promotions or in my game, even though Journeys says it's clearly unlocked.

I emailed the DA: Journeys guys using the feedback email on their page and they were able to unlock the Amulet for download. Try emailing them if you're still having problems.

Yeah, I first tried live support... talk about a joke. After sitting for an hour, the guy simply hung up on me. So I then emailed support, and haven't heard back from them in about a week. So today I'm trying dajourneys@gmail.com, the email address listed for their support and feedback.

I did the same, I just got an email (They work at 1AM? Unless they're located outside North America...) and they've fixed the problem for me! Yay for finally getting my War Mage Amulet!
But yeah, definitely email the guys at DragonAge Journeys! Very nice email response I'll add. A+ for customer service on their part.

I second emailing the DA Journeys team to anyone with this issue. I tried this and with in a day they fixed me right all up. I now finally have my Amulet of the War Mage!
The DA Journey's team gets an A++ customer service rating in my book for sure. Things can't allways work as well as we wished, but It's so good to know that there are still some companies that take pride in making their customers Happy.

Wow, that worked. I sent the email took some time to reread what I wrote, and within that time the Amulet seemed to have unlocked.
