Locking down an area on Silver/Gold guarantees success.

But why do you people insist on running in the open to die, and using Medi-Gel when you die in the early rounds when 3 others are still alive?
On the last few rounds, when Phantoms start coming along, nobody has Medi-Gel because one person dying can usually set off a chain of undesired deaths.

Level 20 =/= Invincible

Yup. It gets annoying seeing people running off and getting dropped in seconds. I try to help people as best I can but sometimes it's better to leave people to die. I had to solo two later Silver waves today because my team split up and died.

Well, it's to everyone's own assessment when to apply medigel. When that Assault Trooper is about to execute you and you have doubts the team will make without you (being the only Asari Adept might make people think they are essential to everything for example), then you apply medigel.

The only thing I reeaally hate is when those people insist on running to the evac-zone right at the start. Those are deathzones, especially the one on Firebase Ghost, since the enemy will have the high ground. I keep saying that everytime people dash over there.

I've had a couple of decent people tonight, but yes, it is very noticeble when someone thinks they can lone-wolf effectively in this game.

Apparently CoD indoctirnation takes time to wear off.

If you have doubts about the team,
I'm not sure that prolonging the game would be a desirable option.

But seriously, Wave 3 on silver today, two of my squadmates went down when I was in the vicinity, they both use Medi-Gel when I was in the process of killing the last guy...

I've tried playing CoD. I have the habit of sticking together now.
Always ends up in double/multi kills for the other team.

Call of duty teamwork.
We have dismissed that claim.

The worst players are on silver and gold. I can't get a decent team.

And what gets me is that all 'teamwork' really means is sticking together, or at least sticking in groups of two, and being sure to revive the other guy. Other than that, as long as your pulling your weight and downing enemies, there really isn't a problem...or shouldn't be anyway.

That is why microphones are making every game better. No one would accidently waste any medigel when he knows people are coming for them. Plus, it means not everyone is running into a possible deathzone. I had on multiple occasions expressed to my teammates "DO NOT TRY REZ ME! THREE TURRETS!!!". When they listened to me, they made it just fine (though one occasion was a very close thing!) and the times they didn't listen, everyone died trying to resurrect somebody in a crossfire of three turrets plus Cerberus.

For me, medigel is a last second lifesaver when I play with people that I know, though naturally I use it more freely when playing with random people.

So, people, if you have mics ... USE THEM. No one cares how silly an accent might sound like or how bad the quality is if you win a match with it. Mics can be gamemakers!

Honestly, 10 minutes of team searching, everybody is less than level 10.

As soon as you search bronze,
120 N7
87 N7
90 N7

Yeah, I wish all the higher ranking players (I know numbers don't mean much but I can guarantee the majority of people N7 30 and up are better than N7 20 and below) would move up difficulty wise. I DID manage to get a good team once (including my friend and a dude who is our friend now too) and we won all but one of the silver matches and it was credits galore. Only time I experienced something like that however.

There are like 20 threads for people looking for gold games, why are you trying to randomly look for silver+gold teams?

Because wrangling up people via PM or message boards is a hassle, or don't feel like waiting to replies on an internet forum?

Or do you honestly send out PMs every time you launch the demo?

If you can post on the forums you can easily find people to group with.  Every time I open the demo I have people on my friend's list that are online who:

a) have mics
B) aren't bad

If I don't, I just come to forums and find more people, or I carry games myself by being good.

It's not hard to find people, and it's not worth complaining on forums about random people.  There were always be random bad players in online videogames, and they probably aren't reading the forums.

My N7 is way up there now. But, I really suck at Silver and Gold (and sometimes the team won't make it past wave 10, eliminate target mission, ya know?). Don't want to be a detriment to any team.
