For major ones what did you do?
My main file for me3 i went paragade.
Destroyed heretic geth did not rewrite
Kept Genophage data
Destroyed collector base
All ship and crew lived
Thats it i still think ME2 is the awkward middle child of the series and honestly after play me1 and me2 and me3 demo seems be weakest of them all i almost want skip it when i got through series and all 3.
What choices did you make in me2?

I also rewrote Geth, but of all paragon decision that I've made during the first 2 games, I feel like this particular one will end up biting me in the @ss.

I'm the only one that KILLED everything inside the collector base? And why is destroying it the "good" choice? I find this very interesting. (saw the illusive mans grin when he got as he wanted... he must be up to something, right?)
Paragon 100% / Renegade 20%
Rewrote heretic geth
Kept genophage data
Saved the collector base (fight fire with fire, right?)
Everyone lived and was happy for the rest of their lives.

I have two completed "FemShep" save games. The first completes the main story, all side-quests and all downloadable content missions with "Paragon" solutions, where applicable, throughout. Liara was romanced in the first game (which was also completed entirely with Paragon options, where applicable) and no subsequent romance with another character occurred in the second.
The second, created as a branch from the first, is nearly identical to the first except that the Heretic Geth were destroyed, rather than rewritten.
I will, prior to release of Mass Effect 3, complete two Male Shepard playthroughs with a similar alteration in choice between them. I have romanced no characters with this Shepard, opting instead to ascertain the possible same-sex romance options in the third game.

I am also perplexed as to why retaining the Collector base is a "Renegade" option, or why it should be considered a less than desirable solution. The Collector base and technology is, after all, Reaper technology, which may allow study of the actual inner workings of the Reapers themselves. Additionally, upon what occasion has direct, close work with Reaper technology resulted in any harm?
