I don't know. No matter how you designed your Shepard, he/she was never THAT weak. The point is that he/she is one of the few humans with the willpower to take on such a monumental task. He/she is not unaffected by loss, but neither is he/she ever crippled by it.

upgrade shepard's cybernetics so medigel keeps pumping through his body along with some other components that regenerate dying tissue in order to live beyond the normal life expectancy of a human and be able to have some more time with liara.

Have a great big party, with all the old squadmates. crew and enjoyable randoms invited. "Get loud and spill drinks on the Citadel" as Jacob recommended. But drinking the drinks instead of spilling them. That's just a waste.
