I Knew what ME3 will be on Origin, but all my saves on game in steam. how can i transfer it?

Save files are in your document folder. Either you will have to use the configure tool for the game to find them or it will ind them automatically.

So basically all my saved games on Steam from ME2 will be transferred to Origin and I won't have to start again?

I thought Steam only ever has any saved games if you're using it for backup. Otherwise all saved games stay on your local drive (for ME2 it's C:/(user)/Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect 2/Save or .../Mass Effect/Save for the first game). If you are using Steam for backup then I suppose you can download them to the appropriate ME2 folder and then import to ME3 but unless you've had the drive keel over or have accidentally deleted them they ought to be there anyway since Steam's only got a backup copy.

no you dont have to start over u can pick up where the Steam save left off, however your achievements wont carry over(at least they didnt for me) if that stuff matter to you anyways.
