I was just playing some MP and it took about 20 minutes to find a match. I was trying to play a gold match and the first party I joined that wasn't all low level players(level 4 and below WTF) kicked me out after literally one second. I was using my level 19 Adept and no one else in the party was a biotic so I have no idea why they kicked me. After a few more tries and more groups of low level players(3 level 1 players(as in no characters above level 1) trying to take on gold? good grief) I went to random and found a decent party playing silver.
It can be a real pain just getting into a match, let alone finding players who you can work well with.

Adept as in Human Adept? Perhaps they wanted an Asari. Doesn't mean it's fair though.

i ment overall lvl... im not stupid mate. and as i said before, you can even own silver with a lvl 1 char if u know how to play your class

That's a huge risk one would have to make, and because good lvl 1's aren't common, it's not a risk most are willing to take. Even if said level 1 is a super awesome 1337 skilled player who plays on insanity on ME1 and ME2, higher levels are bigger assets in silver/gold simply because they have access to more guns, classes, mods, upgrades, equipment, etc.

That is all.

Lately I started playing with my female human Vanguard and in 8/10 lobbies I join at least one person quits. I'm guessing it's because I'm a low level and or a Vanguard because most of the other players are high level Adpets, Engineers etc.

What's worse is I'm only playing Bronze challenges. I'm a very careful player. In my last four games I went down only twice, but had to revive quite a few other players.

Is this what's to come of the full game? Snobs in every lobby just looking for other high level players of the classes they deem are worthy?

People need to understand that your level doesn't necessarily dictate how good you are. When I was at low levels, I was doing a lot better than people who were higher levels than me. People are just ignorant; if they quit because of your level, you probably don't want to play with them anyway. They're probably over competetive, team-aggressive jerks.

I know one hing, I'm sick of people bailing in the middle of a match. I understand stuff comes up, but it's frustrating when they don't say why on the mic, or rage quit because you can't revive them in time.

No you can't.

500 hp and no useful abilties or guns makes it impossible for you to "own"

I only ever leave the lobby if someone is taking forever to press "ready" but I wait for longer than some people.

I wouldn't leave just because someone was a low level or the wrong class, but I am currently only playing bronze so maybe I'd change my mind if I were on silver. While playing the other day a lvl 1 player joined the lobby and the two other players left. I stayed anyway and talked him through how to play (turned out he hadn't played any ME before) and revived him every time he fell (which was quite a bit). We all have to start somewhere so why not take some time to help a newbie get better and gain some xp?

I was just in a lobby for 5 seconds before getting booted out lol. Either they wanted a specific person to join them or they have a bias against a level 19 engineer.

Ironically, I had this precise thing happen to me while using my 15 Infiltrator. Perhaps, they were demanding a specific class as there was already an Infiltrator but it was not as though I had an opportunity to really change nor did this request. Some people are just jerks is what it amounts to.

Welcome to online gaming era,
where everyone plays perfect and thinking everyone else is worse then them. :)
This is similar in every multiplay game. Find some friends playing ME3 and play with them, thats the you avoid snobs.

Oh you mean were people use the kick button for no reason and leave because of low level players . Yeah ME is getting its first taste of the scu amd crap that is filled on XBL when it comes to online being kicked out of a game 5 times is no fun .

Playing with friends is a huge improvement. Playing online is more fun that way.

It is obvious that there is some advantages to leveling and being experienced.

One result of trashtalk and quitting out on people, is that those that are new likely will stay new, or less inspired to go on.

As a design choice is it not very good I think. Other games manage to sort out such things in a way that isn't antisocial. First thing is the scaling of how good you get after leveling, the other thing is how groups get put together. Both should be considered to make the results the designers want.

It is but you just have to accept there are jerks online just like in real life. Unfortunately, because of anonymity you get "arrogant cowards" or if you prefer "Confidence born from ignorant." :D

I leave when the lobby is full and im trying to invite my mates or them invite me I think alot of people are doing the same thing so don't judge everyone who quits in the lobby personally I prefer a lower lvl character be in my lobby if my mates are not online because I get more kills that way :P

Happened to me back to back. I got booted for the first time, because I decided to pick a lvl 9 character to level him up. And at another time some dude said, "you're lvl 99 and you're playing BRONZE?!" Then he immediately left when we were all ready.

Not sure about lvl 1, but i have taken on silver at lvl 6 and i came first place over lvls 16+. You just need to be careful and watch your shields.

Lately I've seen people try to kick level 1s, and then leave if nobody else votes to kick the level 1.

People, dont take kicking all too personal. Often its just a misunderstanding. Once i accidentally created a bronze game, thinking it was gold, and wanted to kick everyone below lvl15. :D Also:
