Is there a way to get a copy of the Warden Commander's Armor, from the DLC, into the toolset? I'd like to make custom sets of the armor, but I don't have extensive knowledge of modding or coding.

you need to wait for bioware to unlock DLC content for use in the Toolset.
the Warden armor is basically just a Massive armor with a different texture

If you just want to change the properties of DLC items you can do so by editing a save file.
Otherwise I'm assuming maybe the Warden Commander's Armor is like the Blood Dragon Armor in that the actual item files are encrypted but the textures are usable.
