First let me say that I defenitely own Mass Effect 2, I am not trying to pirate it or anything like that.  Secondly, I have also paid for the DLC that I want to activate, so I'm not stealing.

My problem is that because of my university's firewalls, it is impossible to open enough portals to activate the Cerberus Network.  This effecitvely means I cannot activate the downloadable content, which is very frustrating when I paid money to purchase some of it.

Is there any way to access the DLC without activating them through online? (please no P2P, as that would get banned from the uni network)

Like I said, I own everything I want to use, I just can't activate it.
