If you could only pick six squad members out of the squad members available in ME 1 and 2, which six would you pick? Keep in mind that the team should be well rounded, but if you want to have a combat or Biotic based team go ahead.

I would go with

Liara (My Sheps Love interest so.)
Tali (Tech skillz)
Zaeed (Badassery)
Garrus (He's my main man, half of my team that took down Saren along with Wrex.)
Jack (Epic biotics)
Wrex (Second half of the Saren Busters)

I would've picked Legion, Wrex and Mordin. However, I appreciate that they have important story roles in the ME trilogy, so keeping them confined to the Normandy for the whole of ME3 would be doing them a disservice imo. So I'm not fussed that they're not permanent squadmembers.
