4. Mordin; BEST. WINGMAN. EVER. look up his responses of your romance choices in ME3 if you don't believe me.
5. Legion. Really liked him. Made geth understable to me.
6. Kaisumi. Sarcasmn and sillyness in here darker side makes it complete.

6. Samara (I need a pure biotic, and Samara was one of my favorites in all the games. Amazing character, really.)

1: Garrus - He's my right hand and goes with my Shepard almost every time.
2: Wrex - Gotta have a Krogan battering ram, right?
3: Legion - I have so many questions for him, and his perspective is fascinating to me.
4: Mordin - Everything about Mordin was just plain cool, even if we disagree on some points.*
5: Liara - Being the Shadow Broker, she might be most helpful from a support position aboard the Normandy.
6: Tali - Again, I might leave her on the ship quite a bit (she is my Chief Engineer after all), but she's an important figure.

* I have some disagreements with nearly every major character in the series on one point or another, paragon or renegade, though I think that is part of why I like Mass Effect so much. You never agree with anyone 100% of the time, it helps when a character you like has an opinion that you don't like, it helps to remind you that they have their own background and belief system. That's my two cents anyway...
