Yes, i live in GMT 0 and i was playing when 12:00 come out and the servers stop working. So, like they said on a topic from BioWare, it should be online about 13:00 GMT.

Origin is being calibrated by Garrus right now after reports of frequent disconnection being lodged. It will better after this.

Whoops, my bad. The servers should have been off an hour ago and were scheduled to be down for about an hour. That should mean they're up right around now. But give it some time?
