-During cutscenes Shepard and the squad uses default weaponry, contradict with current loadout; or sporting weapons not used by that character
-Occational hiccups at random locations and scenes, even on machines with specs way above the recommended.
-In Liara's room, those monitors orient themselves in very strange fashion, apparently in-tune with the "W-A-S-D" keys that controls Shepard's movement
-During the first conversion with Liara in her room, Shepard's head and eye sight follows Glyph instead of normally looking at Liara, which seem very unnatural.
-Shepard's running animation in non-armor could sometimes be that of a slow-mo version of running, but after a stop and then back into running it'd be normal again.

As a "pure" paragon, I got some confusing Dialogue.
When I reached the Council after the Elevator chase, I chose the top right options, and never left clicked during the Renegade prompts.
Afterwards, Garrus asks me while on the Normandy: "Would you have shot Kaiden if he did not stand down?" Which confused me as I don't recall him standing down.
Also, when having a Dinner with Kaiden, he mentioned that we was glad he stood down to prevent things from getting worse, when my own memory is of Shepard lowering her Pistol first and shouting accusations at Udina.

Kaidan doesn't have eyelashes in ME3 which makes his eyes look weird. He did have those in ME1 and 2.

I had taken my Soldiers to level 20, then Promoted them.
I created a Turian, Male and Female soldier.
I keep switching between them.
I leveled the male to 12 or so with a build.
I then played with the female to level 16, and spent her Level-up bonuses.
When I went back to the male to spend his levels (12->16) I found them already over distributed, and matched his Pre-promote state. He also had -14 points left to spend as there are more skills allocated than points he can afford.
I was putting his points in a similar pattern as his pre-promote state, though I was thinking of changing a couple, but now they are spent and it's probably better to have them where they were.

I took a drell vanguard to 20 and a human sentinel to 20. I promoted them (over the Raptor Weekend) and now they are still in my character list with a -82 skill point. I cannot start a new drell vanguard or human sentinile because they are locked as the same character I promoted, but with the negative skill point for some reason.
Please fix, pretty please.

If it fails to buy something at the store and you lose money and then get them returned to you, it will also restore your recently spent "level up points"

Just wanted to post that I experienced an issue earlier where I could not get restock my ammo and my powers would 'mostly' not work. I was playing as an Engineer and once I used up my ammo and reserves for my gun I could not restock them in the multiplayer game, even when I know there was ammo in the restock areas. I would also get no ammo in between rounds like you usually would. Overload did no damage 95% of the time, and my combat drone would not appear 99% of the time. Was literally using it every cooldown trying to get it to spawn. Since all of the above failed, I tried to just run around and melee mobs to try and be useful to the MP match, but melee did no damage either. I even ran into a pack of mobs and died on purpose, hoping that would fix things, but it did not.
Edit: Also, I spent 2 thermal clips (the instant refill things) during the match and they did nothing. Reduced my item stock of course, but didn't give me any ammo.

Did this happen on Firebase Giant? Reason why I asked is I used to get this same problem almost everytime I played on Giant map. I haven't had it happen in a while and I'm not sure what changed to correct the issue.

While using the Striker Assault rifle and holding down the fire button to continuously fire while using Shockwave power, my bullets do no damage. I see the gun firing but there are no explosions and no damage is dealt to any opponent. I have to release the trigger and re-fire in order to fix the gun.

I was setting up an infiltrator (human) and saw that the math was made wrong for the CRYO BLAST power.
At rank 4, "Increase Power Duration by 60%" from 4,2 seconds, would be 6,96 seconds and not 6 seconds like it´s in game showing.
At rank 6, "Increase recharge speed by 50%" from 2,55 seconds should be 1,28 seconds and not 2,11 seconds like it´s showing in game.
It´s the first time I noticed something wrong with the math made, but I´m almost sure there is a lot more of it, I just wasn´t paying attention to it before.
Now I´ve checked other characters and found out that there are always errors related to percentage and time, very annoying!!!

This just happened to me for the 1st time 2night, but dying did fix it; it took forever to die, mobs were ignoring me. I could not even revive team mates that were down.

Quarian Infiltrator bug:
Sabotage works well on living opponents (not syntetics), overheating their weapons and exploding them.
The issue: When enemies are destroyed by weapon explosion, a player doesn't get credits.

After Dr. Eva nearly kills Ashley, you need to kill Dr. Eva in a short allotted time before a cinematic plays where Shepard is killed by Dr. Eva.
Unfortunately, if you take the Scorpion handgun on this mission, it is impossible to kill Dr. Eva before she kills you; you don't have enough time to switch weapons to kill her with something else and the sticky bombs from the gun do no blow up quickly enough to kill her before the cinematic.
The game autosaves on the part where you need to kill Dr. Eva, so I end up being put into a choice of restarting from a save an hour before, reploading this save in an infinite loop or just quitting play.

It didn't last very long though, suddenly appeared several metres above the extraction point and proceeded to spend the rest of the match in a loop where I fell from that height and stopped a few metres below the ground level, (my character looked like she was standing still instead of falling) could still take damage, shoot, throw grenades and use the charge ability which, once my char had hit the target it, would go back into the loop.
Subsequently joined a match on a different map and had basically the same issues except if I took enough damage to die, I got automatically revived as soon as the body started falling again and my character took on the falling animation so I couldn't use any abilities or weapons. Did not encounter this issue until after installing the EC, could be coincidence but.
Also had the same issue as Ryukahn & leimana a few weeks ago, couldn't inflict damage with my weapon or abilities and couldn't restock ammo. got ignored by all hostiles including while I did a fetch objective

Ok, I played another Silver round but at Firebase Jade and my damage was back to normal. So, it must have just been a one time thing, but still. That bug happened at least one time. I'll edit this if it happens again.

I had the same problem but twice - Firebase Jade and White, Reapers / Cerberus Gold. All enemies had like 1 hp (barriers and shields were normal though). Additionally, the game Host had abnormally high shooting speed - he was shooting with a Geth Plasma Shotgun like it was a Phaeston or something
