I will never buy day1 dlc content for any game!

I also really don't get the argument that :everything ready on day 1 should be on the disc". Do those people have no idea how making a game works? Because you can't just put the game on the disc the night before and call things hunkydory.

You have to finish the game a fair amount of time before day 1 in order to go through the approval process, manufacture the game discs and ship them out to all retailers. What should be on the disc is everything fully completed by the time that process begins. And I have seen no proof anything but this happened. Aside from a few audio files ripped from the demo. But Kasumi files were found in ME2 before her DLC came out so I would not consider that proof at all.

Also, as a CE owner I paid for that content. If others would like it, they should pay for it too. If Bioware made the Prothean free to all, I would expect some kind of compensation or additional bonus to go to CE holders. As one of the reason I preordered the CE was for the DLC character.
