But, the package wasnt there. The Bioware crew found it elsewhere and is bringing it out for distribution...Sleepee wrote...

So even BioWare doesn't know where the NRMNDY package is? It was supposed that IGN had retrieved it. Funny, only the Vegas copies have been found and picked up, one of the SF is at an unknown location or private property and the other is stuck atop a tree.
Is landing on Private property a problem? Becuase I honestly can't see how the ones released in densely populated areas like South East England, Germany and New York won't end up on Private property.
Depends on how liberal the owner is with their shotgun.
Yes, private property is an issue. My dad actually ran into two property owners with literal shotguns who were very unhappy that fans were combing their property.
And didn't Jennifer Lopez just get sued for having graffiti on private property in a Fiat commercial the EU?

I've been monitoring APRS feed for Normandy, she seems to have settled in a 500 meter wooded area before going dark.
So guys. 17 km/h western winds forecast for Berlin, looks like they Polacks are going to get it. No chance for me though -.-
London forecast also says western winds (10 km/h). Should be getting to the say or maybe into Belgium or the Netherlands. If we estimate that it travels 100 km the Berlin package should end up just behind the German-Polish border and the London package on the sea.
Yep Melissa you're right. Private property is a problem, but not a shotgun problem. People get onto your property and bam they sue you of it and in the end they will be right. J Lo had some problems in the EU though, but people here in Germany are nice and friendly if you ask. Just going into a garden is definitly not the thing I would do. Police is always seeking assignments.

BioWare Team, are you guys okay? All of us are just simply waiting for an update right now...
They got stopped at a "toll booth" 3 miles away. Apparently it costs 1 copy of ME3 to get past

That wasnt even the right one, and fyi i was second
Pn scene behind one car at that location. If you found it, you'd be first on scene. You didnt though so please quit using that as reasoning.

Sounds like they'll do a lottery to make it fair for everyone as we don't want a mad rush. It also sounds like they are meeting in Golden Valley not Kingman.

Ugh, I hate that some people won't get one. I can't imagine going through all this and returning home with nothing.

If it ends up in Long Island tomorrow, it'll most likely land on private property...(sigh)

Yeah, but you have to think that was always gonna happen with what sounds like 50+ people in the hunt. This way atleast everybody has an even chance, instead of first come, first served. I hope bioware has hats or something for everyone, though.

Looks like, we are bringing rope, grapples, some climbing ger and whatever else we can find for this short of a chain saw.

I doubt they are going home with nothing, I'd assume some good swag too.

I'd prefer the chainsaw. But that would lead to some serious legal issues with the local authorities here in Germany. They don't take such things easy.GryphonOsiris wrote...

If we find it we'll have a round at the pub in half moon bay in your honor, how about that?

I know but it's not like 100s of people. And the actual conditions of the contest weren't met. Bioware found it. I understand the reasoning, but it's just kind of sad. I just wish they'd brought extra copies or something
