Eh, if that's how it'll go, on second thought, I think I'll pass on this one.

Don't have enough money for -that- much gas up to Connecticut. That's also assuming it doesn't just land on top of one of the many tall buildings in NYC in the process.

Then it again, it's only waiting one more week right?

By the way, where are you guys getting the Launch Site info from?

The way I see it there is still a chance that anything will happen.  Neither of the other predictions was completely accurate, and we will be at the mercy of strong wind gusts making this the least predictable one yet. I am not giving up hope, but if it doesn't go to Long Island I am definitely not chasing it to CT.

True true. Who knows how things go.

Just in case you folks up in NY, I don't know how this may change things.

But it's started snowing down here in PA. ;)

if that is true then it will land sooner then later lol

Snow won't really affect it when it is going above the clouds.

Is there a password for the "New York" launch yet?

To make a passcode I had to open the site in a new browser and agree to the terms again.

I opened it up in a new browser and it said I had to enter an email address and a passcode... But it gave no indication of what the passcode was! Do I need to make one up?

yes

Ah, ok... Well in that case I'm ready to get this thing if it doesn't just go into the water.

Hopefully it doesn't land on/in Candlewood lake. CRUD i need to buy a raft Best head to walmart!

Mission Log for the crew of the Iktomi on our search and rescue for the Normandy:
Crew is prepared to hit the Mass Relay to go to the Santa Cruz System. Gear has been checked and rechecked and expectations are high. We've been analyzing the local terrain maps and are certain we can air drop our Mako into the last known coordinates for the Normandy.
Once we get confirmed visual of the wreck we will send out a general distress beacon to alert all SAR teams to our location and will attempt rescue operations.
GryphonOsiris vas Iktomi mission log will be updated once new data is acquired.

You are amazing in US to find these space editions ^^

But I am disappointed : when I read to avoid it in the sea for NY, they decided to change the launch site, also for London, but for us, in France, it's just canceled...

I hope Bioware also decide to change the launch site to avoid the regulation of Paris.

Good luck for all NY team ^^

I stopped being disappointed once I realized the tracking wasn't working on the Vegas launch. Now I'm just numb to it all!
