The only thing is though, it was supposed to be a NY launch. So they could have either launched it in NY, in any part, or somewhere closer where it's predicted landing would be in the NY area. I dunno, I guess thats what they tried to do by moving to PA but whatcha gonna do. Hopefully the Londoners will have a better go of it
