They did anticipate wind, they were off by 10 miles or so. Gah! I'm beginning to think you're either overly entitlted (as the phrase "I'd get the game early, they said" would imply) or actually a troll, which seems to be implied by the fact your caps lock is stuck on. Either or, really.

But sure, try to sue them for illegal advertising. That's a great idea.

I don't know what kind of calculations they did pre-launch but you can't predict everything.  Even professional meterologists aren't right all the time.
