I just read the wall of text "Offical Rules".

I see no mention of an NDA:

"The Contest Judge's decisions are final and binding. Winners may be
required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, and, except
where prohibited, Liability/Publicity Release, in the form provided by
Sponsor, before they may claim prize"

read that as you wont if  dont sign this paper you wil not be ableto claim you prize and agree to not post anything about on the forums and or talk about  toa anyone except showthem that you got it and be able to play it when the game offically unlocks
