I just read the wall of text "Offical Rules".

I see no mention of an NDA:

"The Contest Judge's decisions are final and binding. Winners may be

read that as you wont if  dont sign this paper you wil not be ableto claim you prize and agree to not post anything about on the forums and or talk about  toa anyone except showthem that you got it and be able to play it when the game offically unlocks

I'm reading it with legal interpretation.  The rules say you have to sign an Affidavit off Eligiblity (which is a narrowly defined legal instrument)...which basically says you meet the criteria they've set forth in the rules (which say nothing about being willing to or having to accept an NDA).  Likewise, you have to sign a Liability/Publicity Release (also a narrowly defined legal instrument), which basically gives them the right to use your name, likeness, screen name and details about you (where you live) for publicity.

Rules are rules...and legally they have to abide by them.  There's no mention of an NDA....and since nobody here has won....I wonder why anyone would think there was one.  Speculating? Or is there some indication given, somwhere, that says you have to sign one to win?

So coolbeans does that mean we have to re-enter the competition the day the London balloon is launched then? Since we were not given the choice to make a password?
