Probably from Desert Breeze, I would imagine.

If they can control them, I imagine they'll either send them out towards Mesquite, or to Stateline.

They probably put something in the balloon so they will start going down after so far, these 2 didn't go anywhere really. Which makes me sad, i'd ride the cog train up there and just wait, then spend the 2hour decent yelling at every old lady that I GOTZ IT HA HA

It'd be like Shephard's ultimate face off. All the military people here and the mountains - it would be so epic. But if it happened to land in one of the bases I doubt the guards would be amused at my hopping the fence and then screaming about Mass Effect like a rabid loon.

they would laugh and say one of the soldiers already have it.... like me

Can the people releasing it control it, or is it all on the wind?

Wind in Vegas usually blows to the east, so it'd probably follow the highway towards Moapa and Arizona.
