yeah, but we got the advantage. For starters...we know generally where it will land, we also know that the apr site is more accurate, and how to find the call signs, most others will be going off the ME website which lags behind the actual balloon.

Fair enough.  If it launches from Jersey it's going to end up in LI or the water.  MAYBE White Plains area but unlikely.
